"Could not fault a thing. The apartments were immaculate towel change and made up beds everyday. The location was perfect a few minutes from the strip but were not affected by any noise at night. Staff were so helpful and little touches like milk and biscuits on arrival along with complimentary beach bag and refillable water bottle. The poolside bar was great for food and it was really reasonable prices not expensive at all. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again"

"The hotel was beautiful, contemporary in style with a fabulous rooftop infinity pool with fabulous views. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedroom was a decent size, with nice vanity area and full length mirror, tea/coffee making facilities and comfortable bed/pillows. Super continental breakfast. I was a solo traveler but felt very relaxed and safe staying at the hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for me, especially the reception team."

"The hotel is a bit tired in places. The staff were excellent. The room booked was classed as Delux. I thought it was spacious and bright. But it had shower curtain over a bath. Which in this day an age is not 5 star. There were not enough electric sockets for phone charging. The kettle tray was on the suitcase stand. The room had a connecting door. Which meant we could hear the people next door coughing, blowing his nose and asking if he could drink the water and this was all before 7.30am. Not my idea of Delux! We came back to the hotel for a quiet drink to find it shuts at 11pm! Not ideal and no where else to get a drink and no one mentioned this to us. We were only there one night as a pre birthday surprise for my nephew. Who was here for a few days. Breakfast was good and again the staff were very helpful."

"Amazing views, great staff, very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean, attention to detail, wine on arrival, slippers, robe, tea coffee in the room. Pretty gardens with three pools. Food ok ."

"Pool was open but not heated, if you wanted a heated pool is was extra for every guest. First room had black mold and a broken countertop, second room was good. Staff wwre great; especially Fernando, Phillipe, Ampreet, Amir and Harpreet. Food was awful, paid for allinclusive and ate outside the hotel on multiple occasions. The only reason for 2 stars is how great the staff was."
