Would have been better with a bar downstairs Roof top bar brilliant 55 euro for a bottle of wine very good but over priced still had two bottles 3-4 minutes from Rihour metro We normally stay at the Barriere 5 star hotel Lille but wanted to be closer to the centre of Lille. "Great hotel, easy walk into centre of Arras, room was clean and tidy. No kettle or anything in room, however good selection of drinks available in reception. Quiet location and great bakery next door. "

"There was grease/blood stains on the rail above the single beds. Breakfast was just croissants and a coffee machine. The shower was tiny, and you have to pay 3 Euros per towel. It was noisy into the night, and early day. Didn’t feel like much sleep happened. "
