"Excellent location if you like hiking - the mountains and countryside were on the doorstep. Run by an enthusiastic and very genial ornithologist. Slight miscommunication on check in that cost us an extra €20 which was unforeseen and a little annoying but we were happy to pay it. Service from staff was exceptional and the food served in the bar was delicious. TV didn’t work in the bedroom and a fan would have been welcome as it was hot when we stayed. "

"Stayed here for St Teresa relic veneration trip. This hotel looks on the map like it's a long way from the city center/ main plaza, but it's actually an easy 10-15 minute walk there, also it's a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal and also a 10-15 min walk to Carrefour Express grocery store and many restaurants. Plus there is a good although very busy restaurant in the hotel itself. Rooms including bathrooms are very pretty and very clean, photos on Expedia do not do them justice. Would stay again as rates were an excellent value. I note that they expect you to be in your room before midnight and not come downstairs before 7 am or an alarm goes off. So don't stay if you need to be out late or up early. Also, there is some noise at night from restaurant downstairs and during the day from a kids" park across the street. I am able to sleep through noise so didn't bother me. "
