"Wonderful staff, room, location and breakfast. The rooms facing the lovely plaza can be a bit loud at night, so if you’re sensitive to noise, it may bother you. Recommend!"

"This place is my favorite place to stay when in Santiago. The staff here is excellent. I dont speak Spanish very well (some say not at all), but they were able to make me feel welcomed and went out of their way to make sure i was well taken care of. This property is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the town square which is always busy. I will definitely stay here when i return in a few months. I was impressed from the time i checked in, to my check out. "
