"Based on the photos in the app, I expected a clean, updated room. What I got looked like the “before” version of a renovation that never happened. The headboard was so dusty there was already a handprint left in it from previous guests, which left nothing to the imagination and someone had thoughtfully stuck a piece of gum to the side of it. The “down” comforter didn’t even fit the bed, leaving the mattress exposed. Maintenance clearly isn’t a priority either. The bathroom door frame was splintered and damaged, the molding was falling apart, and the toilet ran nonstop (can’t say I blame it) and wobbled when you sat down. The “new” bathroom flooring was dirty, and the carpet in the pet-friendly room smelled strongly of urine with visible stains. Between the noise outside and the constantly running toilet, it wasn’t exactly restful. If the room actually matched the photos, this could have been a decent stay. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. Management may want to review the condition of the room. "

"For an older locally owned motel I was pleasantly surprised. I stay in hotels about 285 days a year for work as I'm always traveling. The only complaint was actually being woke up at 4:30 a.m. from the people upstairs and the noise going down the stairs however next time I'll just standing upstairs room if I have to stay there again in that town which I would absolutely stay there again"

"I read all the reviews on Coachman’s Inn prior to my stay. In Waldron Ark. you have 2 choices, and stayed at other before. Comments about “gal at front desk” lol! I had booked through Expedia, and immediately money for room was taken from my account. Unlike other sites I had used in the past, monies day off, upon arrive. Upon arrival “the gal” Shannon said she had no more booking for the day. Went through her computer system and found my name, but NO reservations made by Expedia, and NO PAYMENT!! After showing her on my phone, reservations and had been paid. She online chatted with Expedia. And then proceeded to find us one room, rather than 2 Expedia was to book for us. We had to wait a bit because she needed to change bedding, and clean. Which was okay because we just walked a few yards and had a great Mexican supper. Shannon went above and beyond to accommodate us!! She even texted later about how I would need to get my refund from Expedia. And she available if they had any questions and needed to speak with her. The room was nothing special. A basic room, which was all we needed. BUT IT WAS CLEAN!!!! Walking distance to good food. And across street from gas and a McDonalds for the morning. NEED TO NOTE EXPEDIA WITH 24 HOURS REFUNDED MY MONEY, for 2nd room that was not reserved. Would advise calling any motel you choose in advance fo verify your reservation. "

"Reserved for a weekend archery tournament, checked in late was tired so didn't think much about the stink ended up raining that night we went to our archery shoot got back ,rained was running out of ceiling soaked the beds because the roof leaked,walked on tile and water would splash up from underneath.so we loaded up didn't even try to get a refund and found different place on down the road that was amazing called county inn and RV park"
