Overall the staff was very kind and helpful - special shoutout to Ivan who always made the day feel special. The location of the hotel has pros and cons: pros being the location itself, cons being the amount of noise around the property. One big complaint I have is the fact that our room’s shower door did not close properly resulting in our bathroom being flooded every time we showered. We raised this concern with the front desk but never got a resolution.

I stayed at this hotel for 14 days . The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the shopping mall and many places to eat around . Never needed to go to far there’s everything in the area and super safe . Love how clean the hotel is and the option to get everything room services including some laundry .
