Amazing Hotel
I could not have been more pleased with the personalized attention and excellence of the staff at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel. Everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful in every way. The service was impeccable. The pool/spa is incredible and worth the stay itself. I hope to return again.

Every contact with the staff was friendly and professional, including the doorman, bellhop, reception and restaurant team. Service was top notch from all staff menbers who pay attention to details that differentiate this property from the competition (programmed cards for access the the propritary lift and ecards for access to municipal services, gourmet treats and champagne in our room, extensive vegan choices at meals). The suite itself was tastefully finished, functional, comfortable and well stocked with an outstanding view. We plan on returning for a longer stay.

The best Resort Hotel we have ever been to.
The service is the best we have experience. We are speaking as those who travel around the world for our work up to 3 to 4 months a year. Everyone was attentive to our needs from food, transport to ski rental & lessons. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

5* hotel on the hills of Arosa
Very good hotel where you find that everything is perfect. From breakfast to dinner, from cleanliness to room, from gym to spa... But if you want to be picky, I would say that breakfast lacks some vegetables, the mattress in the room is ok, the pillows are too soft... One thing that may be noticed is that they had only coffee-making facilities in the room, so I had to ask for some tea bags and a kettle... Besides those little things, all was perfect.

Très bon hôtel au coeur d'Arosa
Magnifique hôtel où le luxe est présent partout où vous allez : spa, chambres, restaurants, accueil. Très bonne nourriture avec prix raisonnables pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Les chambres par contre sont chères mais bon... le luxe a un coût. Sinon personnel très aimable, et tout était parfait.

Unique spa and private gondola train to the slopes
Let's start by the unique aspects of this hotel. There is a private (modern and design) gondola train that drives you directly from the hotel to the ski slopes, you won't find more comfortable way to go skiing. And what a ride it is. The spa is probably the best you will find in the Swiss Alps, especially if you consider the size of the pool. It's like to have your own private thermal bath, and designed by the famous Swiss architect Mario Botta. The fitness room is huge and has the latest machines. The hotel also offers courses (yoga flow, boxing, calisthenics, etc), which is a great free add-on to your stay. The service is absolutely impeccable. The staff is always attentive to your needs. The only downside of this hotel is that the decor is a bit outdated. If you like minimalistic new design, you might be a bit disappointed. However, the rooms were comfortable, and all the positive aspects of this hotel still makes it a unique and great stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, top!. Das Hotel hat mehrere Restaurants im Haus, eine Bar/Lounge mit Live-Musik und einen schönen Wellnessbereich. Die Zimmerausstattung entspricht jedoch weit nicht einem 6 Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und schlicht eingerichtet, dass Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt in diesem Fall nicht. Das Auto konnten wir draussen gratis Parkieren für die Einstellhallte wurde ein Preis von CHF 30.00 pro Nacht gefordert, was sehr teuer ist.

Fantastic hotel in Arosa!
One of the best hotels in Switzerland! The interior design may not be up to everyone's taste but it remains harmonious. The staff is SUPER friendly, and there is no shortage of employees to look after you. The food is delicious, breakfast is fantastic (despite the Covid measures). They have a beautiful spa with all the water jets, jacuzzi etc, all very clean and spacious. Many restaurants, great bar area. You have to try their own private Tschuggen Express cable car, fun to ride. Hotel highly recommended!

Sehr sauber und gepflegt Unglaublich nette herzliche Mitarbeiter die sich sehr um jeden Gast bemühen Hunde sind nicht nur auf dem Papier willkommen sondern auch in der Realität! Für unseren 5 Monate alten Neufundländer stand alles bereit, vom Hundebett bis zum Leckerbissen! Er wurde ohne Scheu ins Auto gehoben und wieder heraus! Ein 5 Sterne Haus der alten Schule- wunderbar!!

The property and rooms were stunning and we were given an upgrade with a fantastic view of the mountains and town. The staff were exceptional and the massages were top notch. Would definitely stay again!
