Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the offices and observe what is actually happening. Oh in closing, management will deny this but if you are hispanic, you get priority and Anglos have to wait.

After we arrived, we noticed that there was a conference group book the same time of our stay. This caused issues with finding places to eat dinner each night we were there. Our stay was for 7 days. The conference took over multiple restaurants, booking them completely. Leaving us with the same lunch/dinner options quite a few times. The buffet was only open for breakfast and lunch. Pool areas were closed for private parties. The sports bar was so loud with them in it, you couldn't hear the party games the staff had set up for the guest. They choose the conference group over the rest of the customers. The line at the front desk for complaint about these issue was ongoing. options

Staff were amazing! We left our louboutin bag hanging on the chair at dinner, and only realized this at 6AM as we were packing for the airport. We called the front desk, they called security, and we had our bag back, with cash and credit cards, all wrapped up nice and neat in plastic wrap. The pools are salt water and amazing, both concierges Sahid and Gustavo were helping daily. We always enjoyed a nice relaxing drink on the balcony in the evenings as well, it was peaceful. Having a washer dryer in the room helped.
