"We WERE repeat customers until this past weekend. Do not waste your money on this place. Overcrowded, hazardous conditions and not enough staff or security to keep rogue customers in check. My daughter’s birthday was ruined as we had to cut our weekend short 7 hours in. She couldn’t even swim in the pool without being knocked over by other kids. At night there was screaming and yelling up the halls, outside and above our head was banging to the point where we could not even watch tv or fall asleep. This place has changed for the worse!"

"Restaurant, bar.front desk and house keeping staff were excellent.Property and room was very clean.You could hear allot of noise at night.Allot of the activities were closed.Discovery center closed, the gardens were sub par.The Mountain golf courses was all dirt on the fairways,very little grass."

"The staff was very nice. The coffee is really good but no eggs ( except hard boiled ) or meat are available for breakfast. Bottom line, the room are filthy. The first room that was given to us smelled heavy of urine. I was given another room with no problem but there are visible stains on the comforters, carpets and curtains. When I showered the towel that I used looked like someone had previously used it clean their hands after working on a vehicle. I guarantee you I was not THAT dirty. Overall it's ridiculous to charge people money for services and be okay with the lack of any reasonable quality."

"I was really disappointed! The pool and room jacuzzi was closed and there was no mention of this, on the website. It was spring time and the weather was around 80 degrees. Secondly, there were chiggers all over the nightstands AND in our bed. We counted, and killed, above 40 of them. It was so bad that we had to decide to either go buy bug spray OR go home (without a refund). The bug spray seemed to help but the peaceful sleep was destroyed."

"There was no coffee in the room or in the office, no water fountain to drink or bottles in the room. There was a water issue and there was no water for a couple of hours no network either."

"My stay at quality inn in LaGrange Georgia was wonderful The young lady that was on duty when I checked in gave us a room upstairs but she seen it was too hard for us so she gave us a room downstairs no questions asked and I really appreciate it The breakfast was not so good but every quality in does their own thing I would recommend it to anyone who's staying the night or two and need some more comfortable to lay their heads"
