"The "presidential suite" was disgusting. The bahtroom tiles were all cracked and some paint or something olds residue was on it I can suppoly pictures and the valet was rude. Also restaurant was closed when needed. Wont book here again."

"Hotel is in a good location. The building is definitely dated. It is obvious they try to maintain it the best they can. The only complaint was the smell perhaps due to the pet policy. However, for the price it was tolerable."

"There was no cold water in the bathroom. Despite turning the shower handle all the way to cold the water was scalding making it practically impossible to take a shower. "

"Paid for ADA room that was needed and did not get one, had carperts outside my room being ripped up at 8:45 AM, entire lobby was under construction, checked 3 floors for ice and had none, mini fridges did not even work, and only one active elevator."

"Over all, this hotel was OK. But one night, their lights were out about 4,5 hours, so we have to sleep without an AC But it’s very rare. Also, one side of the hotel facing to Highway, the other side facing to railroad. Lillie noisy. But like I said, the hotel is good over all."
