โWhen people in the next room were smoking inside it wafted into our room - the staff quickly found us a new room and dealt with the issue quickly - staff on for breakfast were lovely and helpful โ
โHad not known about this motel previously but found it while looking for a place to stay after 24 hours travelling from London. Usually stayed at another motel nearby but was looking for a more economical one nearby when I came across Best Western in Atwood. The staff and facilities were excellent, big shout out to Michael C the morning shuttle driver, what a great asset to your business! This is where I will stay during future early departures or late arrivals into Melbourne.โ
โHelpful friendly staff. Basic facilities which are getting old but has everything needed to be comfortable. Good option if you need somewhere to stay in this general location.โ
โOverall, it was not bad and I am happy to visit there again if needed. It was a well managed serviced apartment but some utilities within the room were not looked after. Other than that, everything else was alright. โ
โThe room was modern, clean and spacious. Upon check in the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The bar staff were also lovely and very friendly. Food and drinks were great

"parking is too tight at corner but space is fine.
It cost $55 per a day park, if you want to multiple access you need to register in reception which costs $67. Swimming pool is little salty maybe it is sea water. Pool is nice. It open till 10:30pm. Looks like Emirate Airline employees staying here.
Water in refrigerator is not complimentary. it costs $12 so better down and get some water at near Seven Eleven."
