We arrived prepared for a historic, rustic stay without modern distractions like Wi-Fi or TV, but we were surprised by the level of mismanagement.The atmosphere among the staff felt more like a summer camp than a professional hotel; for instance, the bellhop appeared intoxicated and never arrived to assist with our luggage. Despite its heritage, the lack of basic professional standards made for a disappointing stay."
