"The condo itself was clean, but very dated. The building that hosts the condo is very old and unkept. The add says the condo is on the beach. Realistically it is 1/4 to 1/3 mile walk. When we first arrived the A/C wasn’t working. We called the host. He responded quickly and resolved the issue. This is a positive. Overall, a very disappointing stay."

"They offered crafts, indoor games and activities for the rainy days which really helped keep my kids entertained when the pool and beach weren't an option. Definitely a family friendly place!"

"The staff needs a reality check in customer service. Overall, just rude and unprofessional. The only kind people we encountered were the ladies staffing the breakfast area in the mornings. Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. "

The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. "The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy."
