A superb 'get away ftom it all' Hacienda

A wonderful, traditional venue set in amazing grounds surrounded by banana trees. The dining area is obviously the original stables and I could imagine the cows and horses eating and drinking there, back in the day. A superb ' get away from it all' hacienda which is a short drive to Arucas or 5 euros in a taxi.

Super clean, beautiful views, we asked up to the city .8 miles have to watch traffic though. There is a bus stop right outside but we did not take it. Nice pool. Receptionist even called airlines for us because our luggage was lost. Very friendly staff.

Relaxing hotel

I was there for one night and the service in the reception was amazing. But I only have one thing that was a bit irritating. In the evening I went to the restaurant and had some food and I unfortunately got the waiter that didnā€™t understand a word of English and he also order the wrong food but then the other waiter came in and helped and sort it out.

Romantisk i bananplantasje like utenfor Arucas by. Store tradisjonspregede rom, gode senger, greit bad. Stort sƦrpreget Jacussi-rom. Men dessverre litt for kaldt i rommet og i vannet. BĆør vƦre over 30grader i vannet. Trivelig plass til fire. Enkel og god frokost. Tre retters middag ulik fra dag til dag. Cava "on the house" bĆ„de til frokost og middag. Velvillig og hyggelig betjening. En justyering av "musakken" Ćønskelig. Tror det var samme CD pĆ„ repeat i seks dager! Leiebil noen dager ga gode muligheter for Ć„ se nordsiden av gran Canaria. Bussforbindelse Las Palmas - Arucas velfungerende.

HƤrlig miljƶ!

Det hƤr Ƥr ett helt fantastiskt stƤlle. En riktigt mysig gammal hacienda mitt i en bananplantage, bara 20 minuter med buss frƄn Las Palmas, fƶr den som inte vill kƶra in i trƤngseln. BusshƄllplats 150 meter frƄn hotellet. Stor parkering 50 meter bort. Frukosten var bra. TyvƤrr sƄ Ƥr vƤggarna papperstunna! VƄra fƶrsta nƤtter gick utmƤrkt, men sedan fick vi en granne som valde att ha TVn pƄ lƄngt in pƄ natten. Det var helt omƶjligt att sova. Men vi skulle nog ƤndƄ kunna Ƅka tillbaka hit fƶr att uppleva den fantastiska miljƶn. Pool, Ƅngbad, jacuzzi och gym finns tillgƤngligt.

The building ,the facilities and the vegetation around the hotel are very beautiful and full of character. The only thing that should be improved is breakfast.Such a hotel should offer fresh fruit Juices ,real jam and marmalade in jars and more fruit,some cales as well.We expected bananas being surrounded by a plantation.Pity because the place is really beautiful and peaceful,near Arucas with its impressive neo gothic church and pleasant streets.

Man hƶrt jedes GerƤusch in den Nachbarzimmern. Housekipping ist nur 5mal pro Woche. Wir hatten Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist furchtbar. Die Backwaren sind steinhard und das Obst Ć¼berreif. Frischer Orangensaft kostet extra. Das Personal ist freundlich, kann aber nicht weiter helfen. Als Kulisse ist es allerdings sehr schƶn anzuschauen.

Beautiful location, stunning building, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room. Although the situation is very peaceful, there is no soundproofing between rooms, so significant noise from adjoining rooms is inevitable. Restocking of shower gel, robes etc requires prompting, although the staff will go out of their way to help. The receptionists are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
