All the above ! And the breakfast buffet is amazing super location ! The bay view is fantastic. And hotel is an easy drive to several good ski resorts. Plus there is shopping center attached. With a good gear store . If you forget to pack something? No worries

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. However a number of things about the hotel itself leave room for improvement. Bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Very small, tired (no walk in shower), cheaply constructed, too little room for storing toiletries etc, not well cleaned etc.
Room has virtually no storage/hanging space.
Gym is a joke. Not worth the space it takes up. No weights, no resistance equipment etc. Onsen lacks towels (need to bring own from room), no sauna, no cold plunge. No way this deserves to be rated as a 4 star hotel

Very nice staff. Room was very spacious for Japanese standards. Would highly recommend. Close enough to Sapporo Station and walking distance to Odori, Susukino, and Nijo Market.
