I was very pleasantly surprised, and I admit that I'm pretty picky. Eveeything was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional location. The property overall is a tiny bit dated, but actually in a good way if that makes sense? Hot cookies - if you know you know. We are already planning a summer trip so we can enjoy more amenities.

This is our second stay at this hotel! It is super convenient to Biltmore and restaurants. The suite was perfect for us and was very clean! Will definitely stay again! Desk staff was very friendly and don’t skip out on the yummy cookies!

Blackout curtains and low light pollution. The room was quiet and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were a perfect ending to our days after being out in the cold.

Loved staying here, very close to the Biltmore entrance,vealking distance to Ruth Chris Restaurant, close to breakfast restaurants. Easy to get in and out of.

Positive: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and breakfast was delicious with great service. The room was clean overall. Negative: The toilet paper can cut you and the towels are hard enough to shave your legs.
