Well, you get what you pay for. I think this may be a fairly new property and they are certainly in the process of upgrading it so kudos to them for that.
PROS: nice looking inside, clean, quiet, felt safe, full kitchen, washing machine, bathtub, private fenced back yard, nice linens and towels, electric kettle, enough kitchen utensils/pots/pans to cook a simple meal
CONS: the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, extremely squeaky upstairs floor and beds, the upstairs is not a King sized (both beds are smaller than advertised,) neither toilet was bolted to the floor so they moved when sitting down and getting up, no kitchen roll, only one kitchen hand towel, only one bathroom hand towel but two bathrooms, the dishwasher wouldn't run because it was out of soap and rinse and there wasn't any to refill it, the upstairs windows don't open so the day's heat and steam from the shower just hung out upstairs and there was no breeze to move it out
