โWe stayed in a tiny houss that was well equipped. Upon checking in we met Henry who works on the property. He was great, helped us get settled and answered all our questions. The site is on the Hudson and has nice views. The onsite restaurant was great too! Shout out to Rachel behind the bar and Matt our waiter.โ
โLocation was close to the racetrack. Check in was easy. Last minute requests were accommodated. Staff were respectful and responsive and extra helpful. The pool was small and refreshing. Ok the elevators were a little slow, but hey! I'd go back in a heartbeat!โ
โPleasantly surprised that the hotel has free shuttle service to the race track.
Every single staff member was friendly & helpful. Felt very welcome there.
Be sure to pack USB converter to charge devices - most of the ports do not workโฆwhich is a common problem everywhere โ
โHidden gem. I have stayed in worse in higher class hotels. It was quiet, clean, cool, and super comfortable beds. My small complaint was the provided bathroom items (soap, shampoo, and conditioner), were empty (just conditioner). Great parking, safe rooms, and super quiet. Do not judge this motel by the outside (which is also very cute), it was an awesome stay. Easy check in and check out. Just far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to take a quick ride to everything. Awesome...
