Very nice and clean hotel, very kind staff, delicious breakfast, the sea is just across the street and you can enjoy the breakfast with the sea view. I definitely recommend the hotel!

Had a lovely stay at Venn hotel. The room was great with a stunning view. The staff was helpful and friendly and the over all hotel experince was excellent. Defnitly will only stay here when visiting Samsun. The location is also great.

Yağmurun azizliği..

Rahat konaklama yapalım diye suit oda rezervasyonu yaptık. Fakat yağmur yağdığında odanın balkonundan, banyo tavanından komple oda su aldı. Tam anlamıyla berbat bir konaklama geçirdik. Böyle bir işletmeye yakışmayacak bir durum söz konusu oldu. Ayrıca gece geö saatlerde sürekli öten yangın alarmını hiç saymıyorum bile. Özetle bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel.

Otelin sunduğu imkanlar, hijyen, konum, personel, kahvaltı her şey çok güzeldi. Tek sorun kahvaltidaki gördüğüm şımarık müşteriler. Galiz küfürleri herkes tarafından duyulacak şekilde ediyorlardı. Bundan dolayı asla oteli suclayamam.

İş şeyehatim için gittim Samsunda 36 saat uyumadan geldiğimi belirttim resepsiyona sakin sessiz bir oda istedim fakat uyumaya öğlen 3 gibi başladıktan sonra balkonumda birileri olduğunu çook yüksesle bağırdılar ve uyandım sabah ise inşaat sesleri ile uyandım balkonumda iskele vardı şaka gibi ama sadece benim balkon tarafımda. televizyon çook eski banyo gideri çook kötü su doluyor

Niewieder Venn Butik Otel

Ich habe das Hotel mit Barzahlung vor Ort gebucht. Bei der Ankunft erfuhr ich dann das dieses Hotel sich nicht an den vereinbarten Konditionen gehalten hat, sondern einfach die Abbuchung des Betrages von meiner Kreditkarte veranlasst hatte. Somit hatte ich den ganzen gesamten Aufenthalt damit verbracht mich mit der Rückerstattung des Betrages auseinanderzusetzen. Mein Urlaub begann mies und endete auch mies. Die Dame an der Rezeption unterstellte mir noch ich hätte falsch gebucht. Obwohl sie alles am Rechner einsehen konnte. In diesem Hotel wird das Vertrauen ausgenutzt und der Gast als doof hingestellt. Beim abreisen wurde sich noch lustig über mich gemacht und ich wurde belächelt. Es ging mir nie um das Geld sondern ums Prinzip.

Odamız çok büyük değildi ama tertemizdi. Balkonu kocamandı, eminim yaz aylarında vakit geçirmek çok güzel olacaktır. Temizlik konusunda gözünüz kapalı güvenebilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi, her şey tazeydi fakat çalışanlar konusunda aynı övgüde bulunamayacağım. Güler yüzlü değiller ve kahvaltı yaparken bir anda tabağınızı alıp, ondan sonra "devam ediyor musunuz?" diye sorabiliyorlar. Yine de teşekkürler.
