โIn modern area very comfortable hotel for stay or accesible. Hotel room was clean and managers are very helpful. It was my business trip but it is good for vacation also. recommend!โ
โThe staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english.
The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff.โ
โThe hotel was about 15 minutes from Baku City. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We couldn't find the metro but taxi's were very cheap and the hotel staff booked these for us. Breakfast alright. What we noticed was there was no information in the room detailing amenities of the hotel such as restaurant opening, fire evacuation etc. There was also no tea and coffee facilities as advertised. Hotel clean and tidy. We found it suitable for short stay.โ

All the staff and mainly the front desk manager Ali and Al Noal were really really helpful. The cleaning lady on our floor was such a smile person and was always there to provide with our needs.

Staff was kind and good at english as well good services and good internet condition( my personal experience, internet condition is better than any other hotel in Baku.)โ
โLovely hotel on the outskirts of town but easy walk to Bakmil metro station (although trains there are limited).
Nice very spacious room, with seating area.

Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it.
