The manager am breakfast daily went beyond and thank you so much for amazing customer service. Always nice for staff who remembers our names every morning we eat breakfast. Also our room person ( lady sort I forgot her name) was also exceptional & excellent. FYI we stayed Solaire across for 7 days prior to Seda & Seda hotel had better customer service rendered by all staff. We are booked again in January 2026 at Seda BGC and hoping to get same service. Rhom, who often took my late-night room service calls, was consistently cheerful and accommodating even at 2 or 3am. And David from concierge went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were promptly fulfilled. The staff and crew truly made my stay special, their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality set Solaire North apart."

"Very clean and comfortable stay at a great location. The bed was the most comfy! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Feels very safe to walk around the neighborhood. Even when it’s raining, there is a direct indoor path to Green Hills mall which has everything. For bargain shoppers, there is also a flea market section where you can bargain for cheap souvenirs. I will definitely stay here again!"
