Beautiful apartment. Right in the heart of the city. Don't be put off by building work next to it as the apartment was quiet. Easy key code entry and member of staff inside was helpful and polite. The interior is incredible. Close to everything in Athens. Would highly recommend

This hotel was perfect for our stay. They sent me very clear check-in instructions 1 day before my check-in. Everything was explained very clearly via Whatsapp. Fast responses. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and came with great amenities. They provided shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels, robes, slippers, safe, multi size towels. All instructions to work things in the room are laid out clearly. This type of hotel model may be my new favorite - just send me the instructions and do not worry when I check in or check out. If ever in Athens, I will return to this hotel!

Yes but..!

recently stayed at this property and found it to be very central, with easy access to key locations, which was incredibly convenient. However, I found the pillows and bed quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. If the sleeping arrangements had been more comfortable, I would definitely consider staying here again, as the location is fantastic. Unfortunately, the lack of rest was a significant downside for me.

Fantastic Hotel

The hotel building and rooms are spectacular. Extremely large rooms and shower area. Centrally located with a 5 min walk to Syntagma Metro Station. Nespresso machine, safe in the room and great Greek shower products. The only drawback is that the hotel is located on two streets that are very noisy with cars, people and garbage bins that are used throughout the night.

Take your earplugs if you stay at this hotel! The noise from the street outside is very loud & barely stops throughout the night. The room is nice & bed is comfortable. The staff are great; the young lady on reception was very friendly & knowledgeable about Athens. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the racket from outside..

Beautiful modern and spacious room with great amenities included. Just a heads up, no front desk. They’ll email you the day of to inform you about the door code. Great location but right on a major road so it was loud at night. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Beautiful Suite with Major Access and Noise Issue

The hotel page stated that access instructions would be emailed the day before check-in. On the check-in day, I had to contact the hotel during limited hours and sent an email to the address on their website. I was understandably worried and stressed about being locked out since the property lacks a reception. I received an email response with the access codes and a contact number. Without my contact at the property, we would have been left on the street at night with no one to let us in, showing a significant lack of care towards customers. The suite is beautiful, well-maintained, and designed with a minimalist approach. Cleanliness and comfort were excellent. Olive Era soaps, slippers, bathrobes, sleep masks, toothbrush, earplugs, a mini-fridge, and a coffee machine with capsules were provided. Daily cleaning service and towel changes were also included. However, after the initial issue with the access codes, we encountered a serious problem: the main entrance door code stopped working, and I got locked out. Fortunately, one of us was inside the room. We called the emergency number posted on the door, but no one answered, so I contacted the number in the email. The staff member resolved the problem within an hour. Although it was resolved quickly, this does not diminish the seriousness of the situation and the lack of an available emergency contact. Emergency contact numbers must be clearly posted and accessible 24/7 for hotels without a receptionist.

Very convenient area but tucked in a quiet area away from the touristy areas. Nice room and great value. There’s no receptionist but all the door passwords are already given to you beforehand. Great stay and highly recommended.
