This is a great hidden gem of a place. Large modern room with common area laundry facilities. The hosts were the best part. Very helpful and nice. Only minor gripe was the weird shower head placement. All in all, I would definitely recommend and return.

Owner was very nice and efficient.Expedia did not pass my info him. He could not connect with me until last day before check-in. Anyway Frankfurt hotel help me install What’s app so I contact the hotel owner, he answered immediately to help me complete the check-in process. Next day when we arrived everything went very well.the room is huge with a kitchen and living room. Clean and excellent!

Perfect place in the perfect neighborhood. I was traveling for business but still wanted to be able to walk too major sites. This neighborhood was quiet but still with great eateries and 10-20 minute walk to attractions. The apartment was wonderful and the communication was perfect. I will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at this nice spacious apartment located at a perfect spot close to everything we wanted with walking distance to Acropolis, Plaka, Thissos, Monastir and the buzzing life of Athens. Yet in a quiet relaxing area with a rooftop terrace to finish the eve at before a good night sleep in the comfortable beds.

Location location location walk to restaurants acropolis and plaka, We got the two bedroom two bathroom it was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would say more ikea than luxury but we liked the price and location great for a family. Very quiet suburb with soundproof double glazed windows. Staff very friendly and helpful with maps and directions.

Nicholas and his staff were AMAZING!! This is spacious, beautiful, quiet, easy to get to the main Athens attractions. We have been traveling awhile and needed to do laundry, they have free washer, dryer and detergent! We loved this place and wish we would have booked it for our return to Athens!

Modern 2 bedroom apartment with great bed and showers. Bakery close buyband wonderful glocery store. Hill restaurant must visit, amazing view of Athens. Nickolas is very nice host, easy to contact and he ordered a car from airport for us.

Perfect in every way!

Fabulous location, easy walk to all the attractions through an elegant and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Guest laundry a huge bonus and Nikolas supplied detergent too. The place is so well managed and perfect! This was our second stay here and we will return!

This property is fully renovated and updated. Owner is very helpful. Located away from most tourist attractions, but they are easy to get to by walking or taxi. The rooftop area is perfect to relax after enjoying your day. The laundry is free and easy to operate. Building is very secure and clean.

I stayed there for 3 nights, loved this place, very clean accommodations! Nikolas was really helpful, he booked transfer for us, gave us map and lots of useful information! I would highly recommend it to anybody traveling to Greece, and I will go back if I go to Athens again!
