The apartment was central to everything! It was accommodating and comfortable. Parking was relatively easy to find on street and not very far. Check in was easy and straightforward. Nikos was kind and easy to reach. Would stay here if I had the chance again!

This was a wonderful place to stay, comfortable beds, accommodations were clean, close enough to walk to all the sights, instructions were clearly communicated. Just wonderful! If you have kids I think Little Kooks was a dessert house fully decorated for Halloween and Christmas at the time! You should go it’s maybe a 10-15 walk at most.

This apartment was amazing!! We had two bedrooms and kitchen perfect for a family. Location was amazing with buses, dining, bars, shopping and major attractions all within walking distance. Host was amazing and very helpful and even got us transportation and tours for us. Great accommodations, great amenities and great service!!! Would highly recommend !!

Very nice and clean apartment next to the acropolis. Walkable distance from all the monuments, sightseeing, shopping areas, restaurants. Very central but quiet. Will definitely recommend it. Nikos was very helpful and available for everything we needed.

Great location, close to Acropolis, shopping, restaurants, and sites. Host were nice and attentive. Only slight issue was parking, but we found street parking nearby, but if not driving then there’s no issues. Great place.

Loved staying at this property. A short walk to Plaka and Monastraki Sq without staying in the middle of the hustle. A short walk to the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis. Best part was our host, Nikos. I left Athens to other parts of Greece, leaving my passport behind. He drove 2 hours into Athens to retrieve it, then stayed in touch with me until I picked it up from our agreed location. I was so grateful.

The property was in a great location and was very comfortable. The owner communicated with us very well and made our arrival and entry a breeze. The unit is a good size for a family and the air conditioning works very well. It is right next to the acropolis and close to the train station for easy access to the airport.

The service was just the best. Nikos was so accommodating because we arrived late and he gave such detailed instructions and allowed us in. In the last day he was willing to let leave our luggage’s in the apartment after checking out. The apartment is impeccable clean, and they had all the conveniences of a hotel with a welcome of home.

Very nice apartment with perfect location

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment that has the best location ever: in the middle of Athens city center, next to the Acropolis museum, walking distance to main sites, restaurants, shops etc. And still in a relatively quiet street. The apartment has a very comfortable master bedroom, a kitchen with all essentials including coffee machine, water boiler, microwave and stove, as well as a luxury bathroom. The second bedroom is also perfectly fine but has no window to the outside.

Great apartment, amazing location

Host was super friendly and accommodating. The apartment is bread new. 2 very comfortable beds. Living room, bathroom and kitchen cleaned. The apartment is walking distance from all the sights: acropolis, Parthenon, museums, parks with historic monuments. The street that it’s on has many local restaurant and bars. Super nice. Def recommend it.

Superb apartment!

A superb apartment! Superb location! Superb host! You've got everything you need in this well designed apartment, located in a secured building, beautiful neighborhood. Arround, many excellent restaurants and Cafe (particularly one right below the apartment, "Little Tree Books and Café"). We loved it! It's walking distance everywhere you go, 2 min from the acropolis museum and site. Yet, apartment is very quiet. Host was accommodating, allowed us to get in earlier than planned. Thank you!

If this is your 1st time in Athens, this is the perfect place for you. Conveniently located next to restaurants and coffee shops, right next to the Acropolis museum, it is within walking distance of the main attractions. It is also one block away from the stop of all the hop-on hop-off buses, and a couple of blocks away from the metro station. The apartment is very clean and luxurious, with all necessary amenities. Each room and the kitchen area have their own independent AC units. It has an 65” HDTV in the living room, refrigerator and cookware. Everything works great, the bathroom is very big and includes washing machine. Don’t think it it twice, if you are going to Athens, this is the place to stay!

When we checked in the entire apartment smelled of very strong cologne. There were no clean towels and the beds were missing blankets. We had to contact the host and he told us where to find bedding and towels, but they were still dirty. I had to do loads of laundry and we slept with no blankets the first night as I had to wash blankets and dry on patio myself. This was a horrible experience. The host said the cleaning lady had an emergency but he did very little to offer to fix the situation and I had to pay full price for a location where I had to do the laundry from the prior guests! Disgusting and unacceptable. The only reason I didn’t rate this place as one star across the board is because it is actually in a great location and is good for a small family who is exploring the Athens sites. Near lots of resultant, shopping and short walk to Acropolis.

The apartment was beautiful, perfectly placed 2 minutes walking distance to the Acropolis and a minute away of the acropolis museum. The Residence is fully furnish with everything you need for your stay, the beds are comfortable, air condition is incredible. The main entrance door is very secure with several turns of the key it closes like a Bank vault. The kitchen and the Refrigerator are enormous and very clean. The bathroom is so big the you can throw a party inside. The host is top of the class Nikos was always ready to solve any last moment issue or answer any question. I have to be honest after seen some videos on social media platforms I wasn't so sure of my decision for the location of this Residence but Boy was I wrong This place surpassed our expectative and when above it. To top it all of there are a bunch of cafes, restaurant, convenience stores, giftshops, did i mention the acropolis almost right in front of you and the museum to the right. No matter what I write in this review it wont make justice to seen and staying in this amazing residence. I highly recommended for families, we were 5 and three of us are big, so when I tell you that this residence is enormous and comfortable you better believe it.
