This is an incredible place to stay. The rooms are big and spacious, the AC is amazing, the breakfast is delicious, the location is great. But the staff here really went above and beyond to make the stay special. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful with recommendations, and whenever there was even a minor issue they did their best to make up for it in double. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Room was extremely small especially since I was booking for 3 people. The room had bad ventilation/smell and horrible lighting. Most of the staff was pretty helpful, but there were times when the staff’s demeanor was off putting. Specifically around room upgrades and mini bar information. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Aiolou Hotel . The hotel is perfectly located in the historic center, just a short walk from Ermou Street, Monastiraki and many restaurants and cafés, so you can explore Athens easily on foot while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing place to come back to in the evening. Our room was modern, beautifully decorated and clean – everything you need for a relaxing city break. The small spa area with sauna, jacuzzi and massage options was nice after a long day of sightseeing. If you like, you can also enjoy a good continental breakfast at the hotel, but there are countless alternatives just around the corner as well. What made our stay truly special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was always available, offered great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again on our next trip to Athens.
