Great rooftop patio with views of the Acropolis, especially if you book the top floor suite (you are the only one on that floor, next to the kitchen and with a private door to the patio). Right in the heart of Monastiraki, so you're close to bars but that also comes with its own noise until 2 am or later, but the walls are thick and keep sound out well. I will say that "breakfast included" is really just some yogurt and bread crackers in the fridge, but do yourself a favour and get out to a bakery instead - you are in Athens after all... I popped out to a bakery and was back on the patio for breakfast in less than 5 minutes

The room was fairly clean. The staff was lovely and the area is amazing if you are wanting to explore Athens. The terrace with the Acropolis view was magnificent, we sat out there with a glass of wine every night. We did find the nights to be slightly noisy between the music playing outside the hotel and what appeared to be the sub pump system running inside the room that kept us up. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Forever thankful to Johanna, she helped is so much during time of emergency. Our travel documents were lost/stolen, Johana immediately made calls, guided us with police report process, comforted us, provided us space to store luggage and use restroom free of charge. Has kept in touch if we need any further assistance. So thankful

Cutest little hotel! We had a hard time finding it, but once we did it was perfect! Right in the center of it all, we walked to the acropolis and museum, tons of shopping and places to eat nearby. And what a view from the rooftop!

The hotel is located on an alley right off the square, and a half block from the subway station. You are right on top of the market area. It was surprisingly quiet in the room, considering the location. We were on the top floor, 2 floors up steep narrow steps, so strong arms or light packing is required. We were in the double room panoramic view room, which is where the shared kitchen was, but we heard no one. The view from the shared terrace was amazing. The room itself is small but the bed is comfortable. It is a 10 minute stroll to the acropolis. Great food all around. Good budget accommodations!

This wonder small room was perfectly located near the Athens Acropolis and city market. We walked to so many nearby attractions. Street vendors and clubs were very close. Joanne was an excellent host and the rooftop veranda was a perfect place to relax about the city street action. It is also very close to the train station so we took the train to the airport avoiding taxi congestion.

This property is prefectly situated in the heart of monastiraki plaza close to most of the ruins and to the Parthenon. The veranda has a great view of the city and the Parthenon. The host was amazing. The breakfast was tasty and convenient and coffee was always available. Theres a code for the main door off the street for everyones safety and then a key lock on every individual room. My wife and i cant wait to come back.
