I absolutely loved the V36. I felt safe with all security measures of checking in and leaving through out the day. It was like being at home and very spacious place. When I come back to Athens next year I will definitely stay here again. The cleaning service was excellent. Thank you so much for your Hospitality.

Quiet and very well located property, close to everything. Noisy lit that needs to be replaced. Object that looks like a videocamera needs to be removed too.

We loved staying at V36- management was superb! Christos was awesome and very welcoming, accommodating and a great host. He helped us get our laundry done with Labrini who was such a sweet lady. There was a communication gap but she’s so lovely and helpful it was not an issue. We rented 3 apartments and they were all so spacious, it had a full kitchen almost and seating for 4. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely stay here again and will definitely stay longer. There were a lot of dining options in the area, shopping was very close about 7-10 min walk to the main Placa. The place has an elevator also so that was helpful with our luggages. Love this place!

Excellent location for exploring Athens, with many cafes and bars nearby. Only 15 minutes walk from the Acropolis. Our host Christos was very helpful, providing check in details the day before arrival. The apartment was lovely and modern with great cooking facilities and a lovely big balcony. The cleaning lady comes in every day. Would definitely recommend this

Walking distance to subways, bus, and many popular attractions. Plentiful hot water! Our unit did not have a balcony or beautiful view, but we prioritized being outside in the city.

Overall our experience was positive at this property. The location is great. There are great food options in the surrounding blocks and it is very easy to walk to the major archeological sites and metro stations. The room was very clean and nice looking with a handy kitchenette for leftovers. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. We unfortunately could not use ours due to my low tolerance for smoking neighbors, but it was lovely to have an outside place to rest between activities when we could use it. Be sure to request the code to get into the building before you leave home. You may message you about check in time but this is not what they are referring to when they say to contact them for check in information. Specifically request the codes for the doors. Though I was getting emails, I did not receive the email with the information needed until days after we arrived. Use your home internet to save you from this issue. By luck this was not a big issue for us as a resident helped us contact the property. It is very loud outside and the garbage truck is loud in the morning so make sure to bring ear plugs. Athens is a very active city and this would likely be true of most properties that were conveniently located. My complaint specific to this property is the bed. It was very unsupportive and very loud. So we woke up any time one of us moved. Since we did not stay very many days we managed but this is something to consider. I would recommend overall.

A wonderful Suite in the heart of Athens. A few minutes walk from Syntagma, Plaka and Monistraki. A good sized balcony was an added bonus. The room was modern and quiet despite its central location...the perfect base for this amazing city.

Central location wonderful hotel room
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights/3 days. The location is a 2 minute walk from Syntagma square and the shopping delights of Ermou, Mitropoleos and the surrounding streets of Plaka. The size of the room and balcony were good. My only disappointment is that the rooms at V36 advertise "bedrooms", suggesting a separate enclosed bedroom which is what we needed in order to work comfortably from a "living room". The rooms are open plan hotel style rooms, and should be advertised as such to avoid misunderstandings. Daily cleaning and the wonderful location made the stay at V36 a pleasure.

We loved the apartment, it was just like a decent hotel room, everything spotless, but with the added bonus of a bargain price. There’s even a lovely lady who asks if everything is ok and comes and does the room every day and changes the towels, which we hadn’t expected. Obviously there’s no reception and common areas but we would rarely use that on holiday anyway.

Beautiful condo in a great location.
The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and a beautiful modern decor. Balcony was wonderful. Location is about a block off a very busy street so it was great to be able to enjoy the balcony without a lot of noise although there was still sounds of laughter n talk from the restaurants. Many restaurants on the same street. I would definitely stay here again.

The property location in Plaka was incredible as we could walk to most attractions, shops, and restaurants without the use of the metro. The communication with Christos about accessing the property made for a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and made everyday and I would stay there again!

We had a great stay at V36 suites. We arrived early off a cruise ship and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. The suite was modern, well equipped and very clean. We arrived earlier than regular check-in and Christos and Labrinia (sp?) accommodated us! That was number 1 plus, number 2 plus was that it was a nice room , nice comfortable balcony, nice bathroom, number 3 - the area is lively with a wine bar across the street, natural food cafe and a coffee cafe downstairs, number 4- another coffee stand around the corner...
