We checked in late but they welcomed friendly.
even though we are starving, there is no place to eat something. but they bought a bottle of champagne(it was added in ours but they said we were given that next morning when we check out at first.)

The hotel staff was amazing. I asked for a room with a view on a high floor and they gave me a room with the most amazing skyline view which had a view of Emory hospital in Midtown Atlanta where my kids were born! I was very happy with the hotel.

The property is located in the hotel district and is slightly worn. Staff hospitality was random and the room deposits were ridiculous. I am a Marriot Bonvoy customer and I had to struggle to get Free WIFI.

Very overrated and expensive. Valet was $60 nightly; unsafe area can’t even park your vehicle up the street because of vandalism in the area. Black mold was found in the bathroom fan, no ventilation in the bathroom. AC/heat wasn’t working in room; hotel staff weren’t receptive but how could they be? I’m sure they were receiving requests from the thousands of guests staying at the hotel. There was a leak on the main floor and had to step in water to get to elevator. A hard pass for me.

I was double charitable the hotel I already booked through Expedia and paid. When I reached the property they claimed the room was only held. Due to the fact that I came in from out of town and everything else was booked I had no choice. I immediately contacted Expedia they confirmed I did pay with them and they paid the hotel. They are currently trying to get my money returned. Due to this I was limited to what I was able to do financially. Which made my first trip to Atlanta unpleasant

When we arrived the valet parking was not 55.00 it was 60 dollars a night after going back and forth with showing proof of the email I went a parked in a daily parking garage for 25.00 a day. Once we arrived the check out line was so far backed up that we stood in line for about 45 minutes to an hour . To only have two working elevators on the property. To be checked in to a dirty room. I had called multiple times to bring more bedding up to my room and no one brought the fresh bedding up t my room . I brought my own cleaning products from home and cleaned the entire bathroom and room as I’m a very clean person and use to work in hospitality and know house keeping only has a certain time limit to clean and to mark the room available. I then went to the hotel restaurant called high velocity in the hotel and customer service and the food was horrible people had to asked the servers to be served the nachos we were given were dry and had nothing on it. Our server was horrible didn’t ask us if we needed refills or how our food was nothing . After the hotel had gotten the elevators fixed we had gotten stuck on them twice not a fun experience at all at this hotel. I have worked at Marriott before and I thought it would uphold those Marriott standards and did not. I reported everything each time to the at your service team and the front desk and they did nothing. Horrible experience and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Felt like the service was lacking when checking in. Girl was nice but wanted to make changes to room and was unsure how to help. The room was clean but the toilet bowl flusher kept breaking off. The elevators kept breaking down and when they were working it took a very long time for them to come.

Great location downtown for walking to different places. Room was clean & updated. TV only has Netflix & YouTube apps that you can cast with a android. (bring your Roku or fire stick - plug in option available) parking through the hotel is $50. I was able to find a small safe parking lot on the side for $7 (save where you can) 😉. I didn’t get a chance to fully explore the inside of the hotel but overall was a clean & safe location.

Great facility. Just expect elevator long waits during busy period . They just have all elevators working at all times. This hotel can be very busy.

When I first arrived to check in my room wasn’t ready the parking was full I had to walk 2 blocks from and to parking and my water was not hot in the room either

Full Starbucks inside, easy check in and out. Staff is helpful, and Uber area is perfect. Pool was nice, hot tub enjoyable- didn’t eat at any restaurants on premises, but food in m store was good for a quick bite

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was amazing .. it’s very big so you can get lost but the people at the front desk were very helpful .. I didn’t get to try the food at SEAR but there were dining options close .. also pool and hot tub were very nice and the view was great you could see all of downtown from my room.
