Room was not very clean. We arrived at 1am after delayed flights and the shuttle never arrived after 45 minutes. We called the hotel after waiting that long as directed in their message and no one picked up after a few calls. We ended up taking a taxi after waiting for an hour for the shuttle. When we arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk and someone was sleeping in the lobby. After about 10 minutes the front desk worker showed up to help us check in. All in all it was late so maybe that’s why but it was a weird and not very helpful experience.

After a long tiring day of airport delays, it was nice to be able to book this hotel, have the shuttle come pick us up, and arrive to a nice, clean room. Even though there were a lot of us from the airport, check-in was a breeze! Breakfast the following morning was the icing on the cake. The only con, the waffle/pancake machine wasn't working. If we're ever stuck in Atlanta again, this will be our hotel of choice!

Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. The room was smaller than expected but it was clean and cozy. We stayed on the first floor and everything was quiet even with traffic from people coming and going to the airport. I did not like that you have to pay to park on a property you are paying to stay at but I guess they have to make more money somehow. The breakfast was alright.. typical hotel continental breakfast. The Cinnabons were 10/10 though. Staff was nice and helpful when needed. Overall great hotel stay !

Check in was dreadful. The woman at the desk was true hassle to interact with. The room she checked me into was extremely hot. The AC did not work. It was set to 65, but the room was easily 78. The toilet did not flush in this room also. When i asked for both to be repaired, she was very reluctant. You would think she had to repair them with how hesitant she was to even hear me out. After the maintenance had come, the toilet was repaired, but there was no attempt to repair the AC. They just changed the temp on the control unit that already was not working. Insane. Now the thermostat was set to 60, and it was still 78 in the room. When i went back to the front desk about this issue, i was met with an attrocious level of attitude while the room was still being blasted with hot air. Eventually, i was changed to a room with a working AC unit and working toilet. Unfortunately, this room did not have a working TV or phone. It is very clear this is NOT a well cared for location. The employees get away with subpar work due to the location of this property. Parking has to be paid for every night. It is a complete scam due to people needing the airport near it. Do not stay here.

My flight out of Atl was missed, we would have made it if not setting on tarmac waiting for gate. So very last minute reservations . On Expedia I booked a king room. We get to the hotel, after midnight. Check in, nothing is said about our room not being what was requested. Go to room, it's a handicap room, I call down, (after attaching phone cord) they say that's all they had... but several options were listed on Expedia . Bed is a torture! Only came up to knees, I think there was only a mattress. It was lumpy and no support. The pillows STUNK! Badly! The whole floor was loud, slamming doors up and down hallway, people talking 4am, ice machine by elevator was loud, elevator dinging and the AC was possessed , only way I know to explain it. If I had been comfortable enough to fall asleep, it might not have been so bad. I thinking sleeping 5 hours in airport would not have been as bad. Didn't eat free breakfast... was a bit sketchy. Not sure how or where Expedia got that rating. One good thing, since DELTA was holding luggage hostage, they did give me 2 toothbrush and toothpaste.
