"We booked Deluxe Room and pay USD 40. When we arrived receptionist didn’t aware about our booking. After long conversation the hotel give us a lousy room and said the hotel is fully booked. I found out that the room they give to us is only USD 15 per night. I’m very upset."

My only inconvenience was unrelated to the hotel, but apparently there’s a venue near by with hugely loud speakers which started music at 4am and it didn't stop probable after 9am. That’s when tranquility ended. "

I'm feel not good and requested to change room, the reception accepted my requested and gave me a new room till my OK and accepted without any additional charge. I'm appreciated in this matter. I got the room river view...It's great but noisy in the mid-night time of car horn."
