Really enjoyable stay. Location was perfect for our needs, Ms. Vickey & Ms. Teresa were delightful and most helpful. Highlight for me was the automatic pancake (not waffle) maker at breakfast! I've never seen one before. Rooms have been renovated. New flooring is very attractive and beds are especially comfortable. Overall, the positives outweigh any negatives.

I was in and out in roughly 9 hours, but the staff were very pleasant and friendly. They checked me in quick and told me everything I needed to know. The room was older, but very clean. I really appreciate the fact that the AC was on and the room was already cooled. Everything was easy access and had exactly what I needed. I was very satisfied with my stay. I have stayed there multiple times on my road trips south and will definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you Auburn Lodge!

The ladies in the office were amazing! They were so helpful and stayed busy cleaning in between helping guests. Our room had been renovated and was done well. The room was clean and smelled very nice when we came in. I didn’t need the soaps or anything but they were there if I needed them. There were the dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The air conditioning worked really well but the shower was the best! Hot water and enough water pressure to peel open your eyes that’s a good thing!

The staff was helpful with a good understanding of booking apps, how to get the best deal, etc. The rooms were simple and clean. Mattress was good. Shower head had a water restrictor so the spray was fine but that is common in many places.

Room 1 - door was broken and had to be kicked in to enter. Upon entry the tv was on with volume at 11-no remote to turn it off. Cig or cigar ashes all over the desk and counter - no toilet paper Went to front desk for another room Room 2 - AC did not work. Went back to front desk where the attendant insisted that it did work. Back to the room with her to watch while she unplugged and plugged in the unit several times while also pushing the buttons really hard Despite this expert troubleshooting-still did not work Room 3 - AC worked and had toilet paper. So far so good Went to dinner and back at 11 pm. Loud music and partying in the upstairs unit went on until just after 3 am. No sleep to be had - no help from the front desk Worst hotel choice I have made in my lifetime

⭐ 1/5 Stars The only positive thing about this hotel was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very attentive, professional, and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was terrible. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable. The doors were rusty and deteriorated, giving the entire place a neglected appearance. The room was dirty, and the towels were stained and looked unclean, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. The only other positive aspect was that the beds were comfortable. Aside from that, the hotel was very disappointing and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The first time I stayed here my room was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. This past weekend my room reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed made a terrible noise when you got in and out of it. There was also a homeless man who had set up camp in the gazebo 1 night. Before I saw my room I booked for another stay in the fall. I’ll give the place 1 more shot but if it the same I will not return.
