We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The customer service was amazing, and the staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was above and beyond what we expected. We had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The room was clean, the staffs were kind, however, the carpet was destroyed, the cusion of chair was torn, the furniture was burnt by cigarette as I assumed by previous guest. I already told to the staff of hotel. Anyway, they looked so horrible. Also, the water pressure was so weak, the room was so cold during night though I turned on heater, the heater didn't work actually it looked to work. The guests of the next room were very noisy, they seemed to fight among them, they screamed, argued and threw somethings. So, that hotel was not bad by itself, the hotel needs to be managed more strictly as I felt.

I love the fact that the room was serviced everyday. The staff were very attentive to my needs and ready to help. It was worth the money spent. You can cook your own food or there’s lots of eateries within few minutes of walk. Sky tower and city view every morning and night. The room temperature was well maintained as this was my first time experiencing winter in Auckland.

We feel comfortable during our stay in Parkside. Our room is clean and tidy. The customer service is prompt and accommodating to our request. And we got a reserved parking which is a plus for me. Thank you Parkside team, see soon.
