I’d like to sincerely thank the team at Swiss-BelSuites Victoria Park for their understanding and care during my stay. Due to a personal matter, I had to leave in the middle of the night and wasn’t able to check out in person. The team was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, which I really appreciated during a stressful time. Thank you again to the staff for your professionalism and kindness I’ll definitely be staying again in the future.

This was a great location next to Victoria Park and downtown Auckland and great family friendly property. We loved the balcony and full kitchen as well as in room laundry. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it!

The room was very nice, but we had some issues with parking. Contrary to the welcome message, we could not reserve parking in advance. However, when we arrived, they asked if we had a reservation (???), but they couldn't accommodate our vehicle since they were already full (we arrived at 2pm). Fortunately, there were a couple spots left in the attached Wilson Car Park. It is possible to park there multiple days if you use the app.

Most spacious room with amazing views of the city. Appreciated the allocated parking. Multiple TVs, nice shower, good washing machine and dryer, and again, heaps of space in the lounging / kitchen area which just tops it off. The reviews about the breakfast are appropriate - quite disappointing especially given that we were there early and the was not enough cutlery, limited selection of food, etc. Apart from that it has been a pleasant stay thus far.

Spacious and large, with great views of the city with floor to ceiling windows. Dedicated parking was appreciated although limited in number. Breakfast extremely disappointing - the only negative in our stay but surely an easy fix for the management to address. Would definitely stay here again particularly if the breakfast was improved as we had travelled a good distance to be here and the provisions of something quality to help lessen further travel would be great :)

Great 2 bedroom appt

Great hotel for families with a convenient location very close to the harbor, sky city, queen street and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the amenities of the kitchen and washer and dryer are perfect for traveling families.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. We stayed in the 2 bedroom option and there was plenty of space. The kitchen amenities were goid, and the washer/dryer combo was great to have ( once we figured out how to use it). The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was close to the busline and restauraunts. The only thing I would suggest is putting another mirror or two in the room. 4 females getting ready with only one mirror in the bathroom was a little challenging. Overall, it was great!
