Beautiful place, but some maintenance issues

Location was ideal. Close walking distance to restaurants, shopping, harbor. Apartment well laid out with views of the water. Bit of a hassle picking up the keys as not within close walking distance. Had requested a crib/cot but when asked during key pick up, was told they had not gotten the message. Showed her the printout of the request and she admitted she didn't read it. Handed me a cot from the back room which I had to take back to the apt. When I got there, it did not have mattress plus the smoke detector was activated. After several calls, told that maintenance had gone home for the day and would come out the next day. Also only 1 roll of toilet paper with very little on the roll to share among 2 bathrooms. Had to go out and find a store to buy another roll. Requested a second set of keys because you need the key and key fob to get in and/or out of the apt bldg. Unless everyone does everything together, you won't have a problem with one key. Maintenance came the next afternoon to fix the smoke detector, but said they never got the message about the second set of keys. Exchanged the one I had, key very temperamental, with his key. Except for those issues, a very beautiful place to stay.

Nice place to stay

1 key no good, 4 dinner plates for 6 people no good, table outside not clean, blinds broken, fridge and grill dirty, other than these small issues the place was a fantastic place to stay, picking up the key 15mins walk away. After booking the and going back on site to check the rate dropped considerably.

Good location and great views but difficult access

This is a serviced apartment so no staff. We arrived after hours and had to go to an offsite storage box for the key. Not easy! And higher taxi cost. Instructions for access assumed you had a car. Apartment itself was mostly fine but the 3 twin beds turned out to be bunks. I notice the headline now says this but it didn't when we booked. My nephew had his feet hanging!
