The only things that really kept this from getting all the stars is that the hotel does not have AC, which we didn't know about until arriving (and it is warm), nor do they have an ice maker. Otherwise is is an economical hotel located in the downtown area next to the Haupbanhof (Main Train Station) and on three streetcar and multiple bus lines. We also recommend the Sixt car rental located next door in the same building.

Super location

The staff was friendly. Hotel was right next to station which was good for day trips in the region but it was also close to city sights. Supermarket was near. Room was spacious. However: central ventilation was off so room air was humid, stale and hot. A little fan could not help in that situation. There should be a proper ventilation system during the summer months.

1. Location right near the station was ideal for a stopover. It will be even better when the construction around the station is finished. 2. Loved the decor in the foyer and the room which has an art deco vibe. 3. Very thoughtful renovations. Lots of shelves and nooks and cranies to store possessions. 4. Fridge was a surprising bonus. 5. Eco friendly. We were offered drinks instead of a daily room clean, which definitely isn't needed for a 2 night stay.

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Bisschen abgenutzt alles. Teppich im Zimmer und Dusche leider nicht so ganz sauber. Duschtür nicht dich so dass nach dem Duschen das Bad geschwommen ist. Bahnhof direkt nebenan. Preis-Leistung insgesamt aber ok.

Schrecklich laut, das Reinigungspersonal randaliert mehr als sauber zu machen ab 7:30 Uhr - keine Chance auszuschlafen!! Bett ist unbequem, nur die Lage ist gut. Mir hat man eine Mitgliedschaft bei Rewards aufgeschwatzt, damit ich meinen Preis behalte und keinen Zuschlag zahlen muss. Frechheit.

Zimmer mit Frühstück und Service waren hervorragend. Leider kein Parkplatz inklusive, aber relativ kostengünstig (11 Euro/Tag) ganz in der Nähe (100 m) vorhanden. Zentrale gute Lage für uns. Ein- und Auschecken ohne Probleme und sehr schnell.

Wir waren zufrieden

Das Zimmer war groß genug, sogar mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Die Rezeption war effektiv und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück kostet zwar 17 Euro, ist sehr gut. Der Verantwortliche Mitarbeiter ist sehr nett und liest einem die Wünsche von den Lippen ab.

飯店地點算是非常好，離奧格斯堡車站很近，附近也很多的商店，不過晚上8點前幾乎就都收攤了，想要買東西的朋友記得要抓一下時間，房間整體還可以，不過的細節的地方還是很多灰塵，再來沒有每天都有提供水還有茶包，只有第一天全部都會補好,早餐表現得還不錯，整體有還算可以。

Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof und an einer Verkehrsanbindung liegt ist es sehr ruhig !! Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit war ok, obwohl man das ein oder andere im Badezimmer hätte besser machen können! Die Handtücher waren auch schon weicher!! Frühstücksbüffet war mit 17€ etwas zu teuer.

Leider ungepflegt

Also. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich. Aber der Zustand der Zimmer war erschreckend. Warum schaut sich kein Verantwortlicher die Zimmer ab und an mal an? Die freundlichen Reinigungsdamen haben mit Sicherheit die schlimmen Flecken auf dem nicht mehr zeitgemäßen Teppich bemerkt und gemeldet. Das muss man doch beheben. Die Dusche ist so verkalkt, dass das Badezimmer komplett unter Wasser steht. Das muss so doch schon lange so sein. Das kommt nicht innerhalb von zwei Wochen zu solchem Schmutz. Ein solch ungepflegtes Hotel hatte ich bei Intercity noch nie.
