"Needs new management and cleaning staff"

"I came in town to visit my farther in the hospital. I normally stay in a Hilton property but i was trying to save money and chose the hotel it was a mistake on my part. The sheets where dirty bathroom was dirty remote for the tv didn't work had a smell in the room like mildew. The outside is very deceiving looks decent on the outside. Doors for outside entry ways where propped open because card access didn't work. Would not recommend."

"Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. "

"They staged it for picks but not functionality. No night tables, end tables, coffee tables to set anything on. No Keurig for single cup coffee. Don’t need to brew a pot. Microwave door is broken. Have fun with that. No filtered water. Bedding was not comfortable. Door knobs are antiques and fall off often. They need a bathroom fan. Especially since there’s only one. Catch my drift? "
