"Poor water pressure in shower and sink. Desk said they knew about the rooms with the issue but would not tell guest while checking in. I would have taken another room because they had plenty available."

"The hotel itself was great, a lot of amenities and in a really good location. Front desk staff questioned why we would need one more towel in a room with three people where only two towels were provided. Also questioned why an extra blanket for sleeping was needed.. took awhile to get either."

"The apartment we stayed in @ Kasa Union Station was perfect for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for me & my daughter.
