Not as shown in pictures. The room was clean but outdated. Staff was courteous when available, which was not all the time. I stayed for 10 days and not once was coffee available. There was no continental breakfast at all as advertised, not even garbage bag replacement.

The only positive thing i can say is Mario the maintenance guy and one person behind the front counter were pleasant and helpful. This hotel should not be listed for people who want to go on vacation and stay here for more than a few days. No housekeeping service provided unless you pay for it. If you want clean linen or towels you pay for it. The rugs in the hallway were stained the bathroom had some sort of stains on the wall and when we were making our own bed the mattress cover was disgusting. If your planning a trip to Austin area as a tourist do not choose this place.

Great option if you have pets! The property is pet friendly and has a little path around to walk the doga. I also liked the kitchenette in our room and full size fridge.

Lovely hotel

The stay was fantastic. The location of the property was located right across the street from my event. The parking was plentiful and I felt safe at the property. The only con I have was the comfort of the mattress and the amount of pillows. Maybe the owner should consider a softer mattress and offering four pillows instead of two.
