They provide exceptional customer service. Their staff was great at all times. They have a restaurant that serves good food for a good prices. The pool was good too. The room had a keurig machine, mini fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfy and the ac unit was in good condition too.

My watch was stolen by the housekeeper. I accidentally left it on the bed under the blankets and housekeeping never turned it in to lost and found. This was a Coach watch I paid $100 for. I called management several times but nobody would ever call me back. I would not go back.

Morning staff was so friendly, everyone is very responsive overall. Amazing drivers that talk about the island and pick up and drop off Times were great! There is no longer a spa but the pool is warm for how cold it gets outdoors. Super clean room, nice bathrooms. Amazing plants outdoors, separate beach towels and pool towels. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable accommodations. The staff made us feel like family. Ophelia at the front desk suggested we store our luggage and then she phoned us to let us know our rooms were ready. The shuttle drivers were absolutely the best. Like having a personal chauffer each time. The hotel is plenty walkable but in a slightly hilly area. The restaurant is newly reopened with a full menu in a beautiful rustic/casual setting. Waitstaff was great.

The body wash dispenser was broken in our shower, and it was very high up a steep hill, so you couldn’t just walk to the shops, but if you are very patient the hotel shuttle will take you down to tour plaza. Our shuttle driver was very nice though

It’s quite a walk up from downtown Avalon. The hotel does have transportation to and from The hotel but transportation service ends at 8:45pm. The restaurant is good. The woman at the front desk in the mornings is so sweet and easy to work with.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The room was comfortable and well appointed. It was quiet and well maintained. The best part of this hotel was the staff; Lindsay was incredible. She was really helpful, was quick to answer any questions we had about the hotel and the area. She was very professional and personable. She’s definitely a gem at this hotel. She deserves 5 stars!!

The canyon inn was a wonderful hotel snuck into the back hills of Avalon. Ophelia was the most wonderful front desk lady & was so kind & sweet to me during the duration of my trip. I loved the courtyard area by the pool & was also told the restaurant next to the pool was fantastic. I will absolutely be back here again!

I loved the patio area it was so serene and beautiful.. Was so relaxing. Staff was very friendly. We loved our stay. Only thing we were disappointed in was the Dining and bar was closed. We would of loved to stay on the property for dinning and drinks and relax.

Property was up on the hill, approx. 15 minutes walk from the ferry drop off location. We were not provided enough information about car pick and drop service from 211 Catalina ave. (there is a bench where you can wait or give a call to hotel to request a pick up) as that would have made the check-in experience much smoother. Hotel was super clean and environment was calm. We were received at the hotel and provided early check-in as the rooms were made available on that day.

We were welcomed by front desk agent Ofelia. Very friendly and informative. It was a wonderful experience abd truly recommend the hotel. There's a gentle man who does the shuttle service at the hotel by the name of Gerardo that was just amazing. He was super friendly and helped us out staying the extra night due to the Ferry cancellations because of the strong winds.

The rooms were specious and clean. The pool area had very comfortable pool furniture. Jackylyn at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The new family owned restaurant, The Sunset on the property was really good with affordable prices and pool service. I would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed this place. It is quiet and very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. While it’s not right in the center of town they do have a shuttle that runs down fairly often. It is not a bad walk either, everything generally close together in Avalon anyways. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were modern and all linens were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend, especially for the price point.
