"This was THE WORST hotel oh stayed in, IN TEN YEARS! They put me next to the elevator shaft, the room stank like dogs, the AC rattled ALL NIGHT LONG & I COULDN'T SLEEP AT ALL, got less than THREE HOPE HOURS, It was constantly noisy and I'll never, ever use that facility again and should get a refund or partial. This was the worst experience in years. And the TV was falling off the damn wall."

"The stay was a disaster from the moment we walked in. The floor looked like it hadn’t met a mop since the Bush administration, the shower ceiling was literally shedding pieces like it was molting, and the “internet access” was just a decorative lie. To top it off, an older lady decided to wake me up by screaming at me on checkout morning like I was the problem.
