"Bonjour, Je vous écris pour vous faire part de mon profond mécontentement concernant mon récent séjour à votre hôtel. Je comprends que vos tarifs sont abordables, mais à ce stade, il serait préférable d’augmenter légèrement les prix et d’investir dans des rénovations, car l’état actuel des installations est vraiment décevant. J’ai séjourné dans la chambre 401 et plusieurs éléments étaient inacceptables : - Le lit était très inconfortable. - Le tapis était taché. - Le fond du bain était également taché et aurait clairement besoin d’être refait. Les installations communes ne sont pas mieux entretenues. - La salle de jeux est dans un état affreux : la table de hockey sur air devrait être remplacée et les planchers sont sales. - Les vestiaires de la piscine étaient vraiment sales, ce qui est particulièrement préoccupant pour un espace où l’hygiène devrait être prioritaire. Je tiens aussi à mentionner que c’est la première fois que je séjourne dans un hôtel où il est interdit d’apporter quelque chose à boire près de la piscine ou du spa. Pour couronner le tout, nous sommes restés coincés dans l’enceinte de la piscine : la porte ne voulait plus s’ouvrir et le téléphone d’urgence se trouvait de l’autre côté. Nous avons dû sortir par l’extérieur pour rejoindre la réception. Une situation totalement inadmissible. Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, mais compte tenu de l’état général de l’établissement et de l’expérience vécue, nous avons préféré quitter le lendemain."
