“The room we had (205) was nothing like the website photos of a self catering studio; it was much smaller, much more tired/old and the fridge, duvet etc was yellowing. Difficult to walk around the bed, only one bedside table, window voile was ripped, etc. The location was 13mins walk to the waterfront, which was beautiful and the front of house staff were brilliant! Parking was extremely secure 👍”

“I've stayed at this hotel on and off over the past 20 years. This was the first time I visited with my wife and teenage daughter. To provide privacy for our daughter we booked a 2 bedroom apartment. We were staying during the "heat dome" and whereas previously the property had no air conditioning, they did now and it was a life saver. The hotel is not in the middle of where most tourists are staying so nice and quiet and it's relatively easy to get to the city core. There's a small grocery...
