위치는 정말 좋았어요 바로 앞에 넓은 잔디가 깔린 공원에 조금만 산책하면 유적지가 펼쳐져있어 아침 저녁으로 산책하기 정말 정말 좋았습니다. 숙소의 내부의 정원과 창 밖의 풍경도 아주 좋았습니다. 그러나 숙소는 전체적으로 낡았고 침대의 이불은 세탁상태가 그다지 좋지 않았습니다. 화장실 상태도 그닥 좋은 편은 아니었던 걸로 기억합니다. 그리고 숙소에서 보트 투어를 신청했는데 똑같은 보트 투어를 한 사람보다 요금을 더 냈더군요.. 아저씨께서 저희에게 바가지를 씌우셨더라구요.. 무엇보다 방음이 전혀 안 되었습니다. 옆방의 얘기 나누는 소리, 핸드폰 소리가 정말 잘 들리더군요. 밤에 잘 때는 조금 괴로웠습니다.

관광에 잇어서는 최적
관광하기에는 굉장히 좋다 주위에 사원도 많아 도보 관광이 거의 가능하고 주인이 굉장히 친절하여 호텔에서 보트 투어도 예약이 가능하며 지도를 통해 아유타야 광고를 다 알려주지만 밤에 약 10분 정도 거리에 잇는 야시장을 제외하고는 없다.

아유타야 섬의 중심
섬 외곽은 보트투어로 하고 내부는 도보나 자전거로 가능한 좋은 위치입니다. 흔한 편의점과 시장, 야시장은 400~800미터 정도 걸어야 합니다. 대신 둘러 볼 유적은 널려 있고 와이파이는 길건너 공원에서도 잡힐 정도로 방해물이 없습니다. 직원들은 모두 한가족으로 모두 책임감있고 친절합니다. 작은거라도 주인인 쿤윈씨와 상의하면 최선을 다해 도와줍니다. 단점은 건물바로 옆에서 파타이 장사를 하는데 오토바이 타고 오는 학생들이 주 고객으로 영업준비로 6시전 부터 딸그락 거려서 조용히 쉬고 싶으면 건물정면에서 보아 왼쪽방을 요청하세요. 물 음료 술 등은 편의점과 비슷하고 식사도 나가서 사먹는 거 보다 조금 비싸서 웬만한것은 숙소에서 해결해도 큰부담 없습니다. 어떤 분 후기에 자전거 빌려준다던데 이집은 자전거 없고 400미터 정도 걸어가야 합니다. 전체적으로 가격대비 만족한 숙박이었습니다.

not the most comfortable stay
This was a mediocre stay. Only one working plug in the room and it was across the room from the bed so if you use a CPAP, then you will have a problem. They are strict in the 2pm checkin but let us leave our bags in the lobby. The breakfast decision is tricky because it is 120baht for toast and hard boiled egg but there is not much else around the hotel. The staff was brusque at times and we got yelled at when we didn't understand that we had to leave our shoes in the lobby. The room was very basic but clean so if all you need is a clean place to sleep then it will be fine. There is definitely really really loud music until 11pm though. Lots of outdoor seating in the garden. That was nice.

Very near with the temples and the old city as well as night market. All are walking distance. Easy to catch grab as well. The room is new just no chair inside the room. The hotel is quaint and small. Misleading in terms of the words “resort” since no swimming pool etc. But all staff are super friendly and welcoming. Price is very reasonable too. Got an open air pub just in front which made noise until 11pm. But other than that it’s really a quiet place.

Great location for exploring ancient Ayutthaya.
We had a triple garden room and it was a bit dated and really requires an upgrade. However it was spotlessly clean, the staff are welcoming, freindly and helpful and the location for Ayutthaya sightseeing is perfect. We will return.

I really like this hotel. The location cannot be bettered. Only complaint would be that the TV didnt work and there needs to be consideration for some channels in foreign languages to suit the guests.

Der Name Resort&Spa ist irreführend, es handelt sich um ein kleines Familienhotel, das ein wenig Auffrischung gebrauchen könnte. Servicewünsche verhallen ungehört, Wlan etwas wackelig. Allerdings ist die Lage gut, die Betten ok, schöner Garten.

I called to ask about massage service and ask about the reservation. We booked 2 rooms in the courtyard.The owner said she gave my room to another client because they called in first. I said I booked these 2 rooms together. She said that she will give us 1 courtyard room and another room on the 2nd floor. She also said that if you are not happy, you can cancel that reservation but of course no refund because we booked with Expedia app.unexceptabe.We booked and paid for these rooms well in advance. She simply gave one of or rooms to a walk in . Very very rude. Not recommended at all. Expedia should take this one out of the system. The owner was so rude , not the staff. Sad to see.

look… fine for the price. right next to a few ruins, pretty place with relaxing courtyard. A/C works great, WiFi is fast. but also had a lot of trouble organising activities and communicating issues with the staff, who speak very little english (a problem for us, maybe not for others) and often can’t even be found. Despite this they were always friendly, besides the manager who was always abrupt and tried to concinve me I didn’t have a booking. Lots of mosquitos in the room, hot water was temperamental, beds were very, very firm. Its a fairly long and arduous walk into town for food (and to a travel agent to organise tours/trips). Maybe the strangest part of our stay was the fact that you’ve got to lock the front gate each time you enter and exit with a padlock, which if done at night makes an inordinate amount of noise. Fine for a night or two, wouldn’t linger past that.

Hammock in the Garden
A great location next to the main ruins and an easy walk to restaurants. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Friendly service. The best part for me was lounging in the hammock in the lush courtyard garden.

Good location but everything else....
Stayed three nights, at first they couldn’t find our reservation, then tried to get us to pay more for a family room (for two people)? Checked with us twice during our stay asking when we were leaving (???). Very disorganised. Room was basic, one tiny window with no view, bed VERY hard and people crashing and banging in the room above us meant no sleep. They did not service the room at all during our stay. Breakfast was a joke, after the first morning we bought our own. Pictures definitely make it look better than it actually is. Felt like we got scammed a bit and other guests were saying the same. Saying that, if you only care about location then it’s pretty much unbeatable in relation to seeing the sights just be prepared and don’t have high expectations!

Hôtel? En tout cas pas des hôteliers....!
Notre plus mauvais choix en 1 mois en Thaïlande. Seul point positif: sa situation dans le site historique. Les tenanciers ne parlent pas anglais, pratique, avec les clients essentiellement non-asiatiques! Il a fallu batailler durant 1/2 heure pour avoir un drap de dessus et pas seulement un drap de dessous et un couvre-lit utilisé par tous, et par conséquent sale. Certes les chambres ont été refaites, mais vraiment grossièrement, les coulures de peinture sont partout, étagère en bois dans la douche, donc pourrie, pas de ménage en 3 jours… c'est vraiment n'importe quoi! Nous avions la fenêtre qui donnait à moins d'un mètre du mur de clôture, et en plus un étendage de draps permanent entre mur et fenêtre, à environ 30cm donc!!! Le 1er petit-déjeuner fut une "eau de riz", un brouet blanc, et c'est tout… Non, je n'exagère pas. A notre mine, on nous a apporté des fruits. Et le lendemain des œufs brouillés avec du pain, mais ce fut très compliqué pour avoir du thé! Nous ne devions pas être les seuls mécontents… Par contre, la tenancière devrait changer de métier: elle avait toujours quelque chose à vendre: des promenades en bateaux, en chameaux, des vélos à louer, etc. Toujours prête! Certains appelleront ça des services… mais par contre connaître draps et toasts, c'était trop lui demander. Peut-être les gérants ont-ils changé, en tout cas ce n'est certainement pas un hôtel 3 étoiles et c'est une honte pour hotels.com...

Nette Unterkunft mit Top-Lage
Wir, 2 Familien, waren für eine Nacht in diesem Resort. Die drei Zimmer im Hauptgebäude waren sehr schön, das Familienzimmer im Nebengebäude für drei Personen war etwas abgewöhnt. Die Betreiber waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett, das Frühstück ok und die Lage natürlich super. Außer dem Aquarium im Garten war allerdings nichts von einem Spa (im Namen) zu sehen.

Walking distance to temples; hard bed & bugs
Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us book a boat trip last minute and arrange for transportation to the train station. Breakfast was included and we thought it was pretty standard fare. The location is great in that it is right across from a temple and a large park with beautiful ruins. On the other hand, there was some construction or digging going on in the plot next to The Park which created quite a bit of daytime noise. Additionally, there are no businesses or restaurants on the same block so it took about 15 minutes, maybe more, to walk to the nearest bar/restaurant. The bed was incredibly hard and we got our worst nights sleep on it. The walls are very thin so we heard our neighbors coughing all night and then they got into an argument in the morning. There were mosquitos in the room but I asked and was provided a can of spray which was effective. There were ants all over the shower. We would not stay here again, despite the wonderful service we received from the staff.

The Park Ayutthaya was A-OK
The hotel was in a great location very near to the historical park. The breakfast was cooked-to-order. There was free wi-fi that was not super-fast, but serviceable. The Owner/Manager was very helpful with planning which ruins to visit and how to get there. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's above backpacker status, I think.

The staff here are fantastic, and are very accommodating. Breakfast was yummy too. Unfortunately, the room was a little old and outdated, unlike the pictures we saw, and I think there were bed bugs because I came home with lots of bites. If they work on some of their facilities, it’s a central and good place to stay!

Ga voor de Ayuttaya experience
Rustig gelegen vlakbij meerdere historische tempels. De eigenaar (Win) is de grootste asset van het hotel. De kamers in deze authentieke architectuur zijn niet zo modern maar wel schoon. Airco werkt prima. De tuin is rustgevend.Het ontbijt simpel maar legt een bodempje voor het verkennen van de indrukwekkende monumenten per fiets. De boottour een mooie instap om een indruk te krijgen van de stad. Veel reizigers blijven maar 1 nacht. Neem wat meer tijd voor deze voormalige hoofdstad en ga ook eens naar het voormalige VOC kantoor net buiten het eiland (Baan Hulanda).

We asked for an early check-in at 05am, arriving the gate was closed. We had to wait for more than 2 hours in the street (no lights) before we could enter the site. The room was very old and not very clean. Such a pity because good location for the touristic attractions

Average and dissapointing stay
An average guest house. Older guest house with big rooms. Good location for the main temples, but you will need a tuk tuk taxi to get pretty much anywhere. The closest restaurant or store is at least a 10-15 minute walk away. The air conditioning and electricity went out in the middle of the night and was out for several hours. The owner blamed the weather and yes it was raining a bit on and off, but so lightly that it made not sense for the weather to have any factor in a power outage. On a positive note hotels .com refunded my money in full for the room becauase of this issue. That was great. Hotels . Com comes through again, but the hotel itself I would definitely not stay at again. Especially not for 1100 baht or $32 a night.

Enjoyed my stay. Owner is very friendly and offers good suggestions about sites to see. Simple but nice breakfast was a good start to each day. It's reasonably priced and while not the most modern, it has charm and character that made it a place I'd definitely stay at again.
