Otele yarım saat geç alındık, odalar hazır olmadığından. İlk içeri girdiğimizde otel sahibinin hotels.com’un uygun fiyat vermesinden dolayı memnuniyetsizliğini dinledik, müşteriye/misafire yansıtılmaması gerekiyor bu durum, hiç de az ücret ödemedik ada ortalamasıydı. Temizlik konusunda eksikler var saçlar vardı, banyodan da gelen nem rutubet kokusu çok rahatsız ediyor. Otelle ilgili beğendiklerim; çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü, bahçenin çok güzel olması ve doruyucu bir kahvaltıya sahip olmaları. Ayrıca otopark sorunu da yok ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde diyebiliriz.

Çok güzel ağırlandık ve çok mutlu ayrıldık. Başta otel sahibi Gülden Hanım'a çok teşekkür ederiz. Kaldığımız odayı beğendik, personel arkadaşlar oldukça güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı idare ederdi. Ayvalık'a geldiğimizde tekrar uğrayacağımız bir yer.
