“It’s a wonderful place to stay”

“객실도 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절했으며, 조식도 좋았어요:)”

“숙소는 깨끗하고 편리했습니다. 저녁에 저녁식사가 제공되어져서 아주 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하셔서 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶어졌습니다.”

“편안한 시설이었으나 매일 청소는 하지않고 또한 조식은 너무 간단하였음”

“I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great.”

“I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.”

“It was good. They seemed understaffed, so one person was handling a lot. But they were trying their best to accommodate everyone asap. They were very kind. Everything was good except, you can hear the room next door, but we just had white noise on to sleep.. no big deal. Breakfast options aren’t that much, just simple. ”

“아침식사 좋았어요 깨끗한 호텔임”

“This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.”

“The light in the bathroom went out. Had to shower in the dark. Staff didn't fix it in the two night stay and I wasn't offered a discount or apologies. Disappointed.”

“Awesome!”

“every thing was great”

“The staff of the hotel was not friendly. free breakfast was so awful. Even water was short, they didn't fill in correctly. ”
