She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. "Property was the worst in all aspects from room where nothing works like the air conditioning to the laundry room was old and rundown talk to staff and no answers… we had the Presidential room and it was probably for the worst I ever seen really a joke, a few roaches where in the apartment and the breakfast was as bad as it can be …. REALLY THE PICTURES THEY HAVE OF THE ROOM ARE NOT WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET …. "
