Wonderful old part of the Hotel is placed in a old building from 1887, totally renovated. The Breakfast just PERFECT. The new Building on the other side of the street is modern with a nice private garden.

The old Hotel Luise building is not well kept, it seems it has not been renovated for a long time. The room we had was really dated and at the end of the corridor, with glass panels surrounding the door, which led directly into the bathroom area, which basically gave no privacy since everybody on the floor could see inside. The room itself was clean, but had a damp smell probably due to the building not having been used for a while and not properly ventilated. The area is quiet, has nice park closeby, at night there is not much noise from the cars passing on the street. The breakfast was good, tasty food with plenty of choices. There is parking space available. Limited English at reception.

Great stay thank you & amazing breakfast. My only feed back would be to message customers to check in at the other Hotel across the road. It was confusing walking in & not finding a reception area up or downstairs

Parking outside, little bit away from the entrance. Main building is the excellent but side building less. Old small inconvenient shower but it was a cheap room. Overal the waiter was super nice but the rest of the staff less. Nice area, good food but expensive for a walking buffet.

I almost never write these reviews but here it’s necessary. Terrible no less - Hotel is in 2 different buildings one with totally renovated rooms ( from pictures) the other where we stayed was totally worn down and rooms small and bath (room) is so small and build up with ship cabin with absolutely no space at all ( I’m 170cm/75kg) shower so small that if a person is bigger than me I will consider it impossible. Carpet was worn totally down and dirty ! I could continue but no need- we will never come back. In advertising for hotel it’s says Pool ….yes…but not on the hotel ground - but in another place far from hotel and you have to pay extra to get in, so for sure false information about the pool. Breakfast it was great and the YOUNG staff was also very nice 👌

Hotellets ene del ligger på den modsatte side af vejen og virker meget forladt og en del af værelserne har udsigt direkte ind i en skrænt og er meget mørke. Der er ingen reception på den side og der virker meget forladt. Pænt på gangene men værelserne er meget triste

Das Positive zuerst: Freundlichkeit des Personals und Frühstück waren tadellos. Aber dass das Fenster in einer der beiden Zimmer des gebuchten Familienzimmers ( wir waren im Altbau im Nebengebäude ) bei 34 Grad Außerzimmertemperatur nicht öffnen ließ, da es sich immer aushing ist eine Zumutung, zumal keine Klimaanlage verfügbar war. Uns ist das leider erst am späten Abend aufgefallen als wir vor dem Zubettgehen lüften wollten, , so dass eine Abhilfe nicht mehr möglich war. Sollte trotzdem nicht passieren, da ich davon ausgehe, dass der Defekt beim Belüfteten nach Gästewechsel hätte auffallen müssen. Ich hatte den Defekt am nächsten Morgen gemeldet was zur Kenntnis genommen wurde, ein Angebot zur Preisreduktion für die Unanehmlichkeiten gab es aber nicht. Das Bad ist winzig und es gibt keine Aufhängmoglichkeit für nasse Handtücher. Die Lüftung scheint auch nicht zu funktionieren . Es gibt ein kleines Nebenzimmer mit Waschbecken, aber dort war das Licht defekt. Es gibt auch nicht wie beworben einen Außenpool ( worauf sich die Kinder bei der Hitze gefreut hatten und was Grund für die Buchung war) dazu gibt es freien Eintritt in die etwa 5min entfernte Terme. Zumindest irreführend. E-Ladestellen gibt es ebenfalls nur dort nicht am Hotel selbst. Insgesamt viel zu teuer für ein Zimmer das eher Jugendherbegcharme hat. Wir würden dort nicht mehr buchen.

un bel endroit

Nous y sommes venus pour un anniversaire de mariage, et la "suite diamant" était vraiment très agréable et décorée avec beaucoup d'audace et de style. Nous avons bien aimé. Très bonne literie, sympathique terrasse. A savoir : pas de réception ou d'accueil dans ce bâtiment il faut aller dans le bâtiment en face, de même pour le petit-déjeuner. Cette chambre donne sur l'avant donc côté rue et la rue est très passante et jusque tard en soirée. Dommage nous n'y avons pas trouvé le calme que nous espérions.
