Great hotel with pool, bar, restaurant and bowling (kegel). Very friendly staff and big free parking on 2 minutes walk. Only downside of this hotel is the looks, it just looks and feels like a 50s hospital.

It was very hot. No air conditioning so we kept all doors and windows open. My son had over 30 bug bites. Extra charge to use on-site pool. Bed for travelers 3 & 4 was very thin foam. We had a very large room with 1 1/2 baths that were very nice with a walk in closet.

Decent place with nice staff. The corridor door was broken therefore it was quite noisy. The room was very nice and clean. The food was awfully greasy (but you are in Germany not France or Italy therefore you should love we your expectations).

Nice hotel, good beds, great breakfast. Great pool for a little relaxment. Be aware that there are smoking and non smoking rooms. We did'nt know and you can smell the smoke air a little. So book a non smoking room if you want to be sure.

Hatten Zimmer im ersten Stock neben dem Haupteingang. Die lauten Gespräche und Lacher bis um Mitternacht sowie der Zigarettenrauch war nicht so unser Ding. Dafür sensationelles Frühstück. Ausgesprochen hilfsbereite Receptionistinnen und Zimmermädchen, im Gegensatz zu dem nicht motiviert dreinschauenden Hilfspersonal beim Morgenessen. Sachde, dass man für alles und jedes (Zutritt Poolbereich, Garage) noch extra bezahlen braucht :-(

Leider hatte das gebuchte Maisonette Apartment einen Wasserschaden und wir bekamen 2 normale Zimmer wovon eine Karte nicht ging und auch nach Reklamation an der Rezeption weiterhin nicht funktionierte sodass nur ein Zimmer genutzt wurde. Frühstück hatte wenig warme Speisen kein rührei und kein Bacon. Sind wir vom seminaris Bad Honnef anders gewohnt. Auch das man sein Geschirr selbst wegräumen muss ist auch sehr untypisch für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Der Pool könnte 2 Grad wärmer sein aber war OK. Insgesamt in Ordnung die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich
