Als wir ankamen standen wir 2 Stunden vor geschlossenen Türen, kein Mensch vor Ort. Als wir dann nach 2 Stunden und 30 vergeblichen Anrufen an die Nummer die extra zum Check In an der Tür vermerkt war, endlich jemanden erreichten, wurde uns am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass der Schlüssel im Briefkasten sei, was uns zuvor leider niemand mitteilte, unsere letzte Info war, die Rezeption sei den ganzen Tag besetzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten und in der Dusche war Schimmel. Das Frühstück hat das ganze dann wieder herausgeholt. Beim Buffet hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Obwohl ich 2 Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte, wurde nur 1 Einzelzimmer und 1 Doppelzimmer zur Alleinnutzung bereitgestellt. Für das Doppelzimmer musste ich noch einen Aufschlag bezahlen, was ich als unverschämt empfand. Außerdem war während unseres Aufenthaltes weder die Rezeption besetzt, noch wurden die Zimmer gereinigt. Die Frühstücksdame musste außerdem den Check out machen, kassieren u.s.w. Ich habe während meines Aufenthaltes keinen anderen Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel gesehen. Der Check In erfolgte per Handy und Zimmerschlüssel in einem Briefkasten.

Juste dommage que personne ne parle anglais, que l'on ne vous laisse pas une info sur comment récupérer les clés et que tout soit écrit en allemand, avec translate c'est facile de mettre les infos en anglais!

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und ohne jegliche Probleme - das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und effizient. Leider konnte das Hotel insgesamt nicht überzeugen. Man merkt deutlich, dass es sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist - sowohl die allgemeine Ausstattung als auch die Einrichtung wirken alt und teilweise abgenutzt. Unser Zimmer war zudem nicht ganz sauber; an einigen Stellen hätten wir uns mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung gewünscht. Besonders störend war jedoch der starke Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch im Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vielleicht gerade noch in Ordnung, aber insgesamt leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Hotel ist für den Preis in Ordnung. Man sieht an gewissen Stellen, dass es langsam in die Jahre kommt (abgenutzte Stühle, Badausstattung, Duschen, Bodenbelag,....) Aber das Personal war sehr nett und es war sauber. Vielen Dank. Würde wieder dort buchen.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Einrichtung zeigt Gebrauchsspuren, ist aber in Ordnung und sauber. Lage direkt am Kurpark ideal, wenn man eine Veranstaltung im Kursaal oder im Goethe-Theater besuchen will.

Aanvankelijk leek alles in orde, totdat we ontdekten dat overal in de kamer kleine torretjes In de kamer zaten. Vooral tegen de muren rond het bed. Daarop het hele bed geinspecteerd. Bleken geen bedwantsen te zijn, maar toch geen fijn idee. Zoveel mogelijk van dit ongedierte vewijderd. Uiteraard niet echt geslapen. Bovendien was het matras zo zacht dat het meer hangmat leek, Volgende ochtend melding gamaakt van de beestjes in de kamer en dat we daardoor amper hebben geslapen. Dame reageerde nogal lauw. Ik had niet de indruk dat ik iets nieuws verteld had. Verder niets. Gauw weggegaan.

Es war schwer die Unterkunft telefonisch zu erreichen. Erst per Mail hat es geklappt. Bei der Ankunft war erst leider kein zuständiges Personal zu finden. Im großen und ganzen hat aber alles gut geklappt und alle waren sehr nett.

Nie wieder ich war einmal da und es hat mir gereicht das Frühstück kann man komplett vergessen nicht mal eier gab es und viel zu teuer für 10 euro allgemein ist das hotel zu teuer Wasserhahn tropft warme wasser gab es auch nicht im Waschbecken die sollten am besten schließen da es viele Mängel gibt

Gutes Hotel in Bad Lauchstädt

Prima Hotel in Bad Lauchstädt. Service sehr freundlich, Frühstück in Ordnung, ruhige Lage. Nur gab es kein Restaurant im Hotel, aber zu Fuß zum Restaurant in einem anderen Hotel, war kein Problem. Parkplätze verfügbar (gratis) neben dem Hotel
