"Terrible location basically a drug den. Floors were sticky and old. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The coffee machine downstairs was great. The staff was nice and friendly. I was able to find parking each night that we stayed there, so no complaints there. The only complaint I'd have is that it's next to quite a busy street (Boundary Rd), so be prepared for traffic noise. We were visiting family in Burnaby so the location was pretty convenient."

"Positive : Bed was comfortable. One staff member was fine. Negative: Another staff member was rude and unhelpful when we asked for face cloths that were missing from our room. Floor was not clean; white socks did not stay white. Rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear the next door neighbour's every word. No elevator. So be prepared if you're on the second floor."

"This hotel is decent. Our only complaint is that it is way too expensive. The amenities do not justify the price that we paid. There are no tissue boxes in the room, no coffee machine in the room, no lotion. It would be fine if you were paying $100 or $150 per night at most. We paid far more than that, unfortunately. I guess that’s just Vancouver."

"Great location , great view"

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. . The rooms in the back, are quiet but overlooks to houses. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy. The hotel is way over priced at over $300 a night. The location is really bad, there are a couple of restaurants that are not the best and there is nothing to see walking distance. When going to downtown you have to go thru a really bad area with sidewalks full of homeless and drugged/drunken people. I definitely would not recommend."
